You should take advantage of any networking opportunities available by offering a link on your site in exchange for promotion elsewhere. You can add links either as text in the local area links, or as text or graphics in an ad banner.
Two important things to remember with all of these techniques:

- Never point to other sites that also list competing real estate services. It's great to have links there pointing to your site - but don't lose a visitor once you have them.
